3. Prices
The availability of the products presented on the website is limited to the existing stock at each moment. Prices and other descriptions are subject to change without notice, including due to stock replacement.However, the Medifilanis- Comércio de Artigos Médicos, Lda. undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of placing the purchase order.

In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, the Medifilanis- Comércio de Artigos Médicos, Lda. reserves the right to refuse to return items.
To start the return / exchange process:
- as a mandatory condition, the Customer must request via email the return / exchange of the product to web@medifilanis.pt
- you will receive an email from Medifilanis- Comércio de Artigos Médicos, Lda. with instructions to send the article (in cases of free Contract Resolution, the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 of February) ;
- the refund will only be made after checking the condition of the product and within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving it;
- the refund is made in the same way the order was paid for. For this, the Customer must provide a NIB so that the return can take place more quickly.
In case of exchange situations due to anomaly / defect of the product, the costs of resending the product are borne by the Medifilanis- Comércio de Artigos Médicos, Lda.

5. Cancellation of the order
Any and all orders may be canceled in the following situations:
- the ordered products are discontinued, not available for delivery or due to the wrong price insertion;
